Welcome! I’m Paige, and I’m so glad to introduce myself to you. I specialize in working with emerging adults and adults navigating concerns such as grief and loss, anxiety, self-esteem, chronic illness, chronic pain, cancer, spirituality and faith, women’s mental health, and family of origin experiences. I’m also trained in Level 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator.
I earned my B.S. in Psychology from The Ohio State University and my M.A. from Northern Illinois University. My therapy approach is collaborative, curious, and compassionate, fostering a space for clients to gain insight and apply it in practical ways to make meaningful progress toward their goals.
