As a counselor, I assist teens and adults through recovery of trauma and emotional burnout. I take a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach to therapy, meaning we will process past experiences while focusing on staying in the present moment and continuing to move forward.
In addition to helping clients heal from stress and trauma, I also help manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and grief, as well as features of ADHD. I aspire to continue to grow my knowledge base to assist clients through a myriad of mental health challenges. Together, we will create a treatment plan that best serves you and the life you aspire to live.
