Using a combination of techniques, we will explore how these life events, transitions, and relationships have impacted your sense of self. My goal as a marriage and family therapist is to create a warm, authentic, and inviting environment, to uplift and empower you, and to provide you with the tools you need to meet your goals and increase your self-esteem.
