Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves. You may find yourself caught in cycles of anxiety, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or behavioral struggles that seem difficult to change. Others may feel exhausted from masking, struggling to regulate emotions, or trying to understand the impact that past experiences continue to have on their daily lives. Often, these challenges are connected to patterns that developed earlier in life and continue to influence how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us.
I specialize in equine-assisted psychotherapy and also offer traditional counseling services. My approach is trauma-informed, developmentally informed, and tailored to each client. By integrating evidence-based practices with experiential work alongside horses, I help clients build emotional regulation, confidence, safety, and meaningful connection.
I believe healing occurs through safety, connection, and understanding. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences without judgment, strengthen coping skills, and build lasting change.
