I believe one of the bravest things you can do is to begin to understand your own story. What if you woke up tomorrow and everything was just how you wanted it to be? Challenging or traumatic life events can cause irrational and self-defeating thought which can ultimately lead to fear, anxiety, depression, excessive worry, and even manifest into physical symptoms. When we live in this cycle too long it becomes normal.

My job is to help guide you through the choices, decisions, and other patterns that are stopping you from making changes. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which can help individuals cope with trauma and other stressors. By using this tool in practice I am here to help guide you though trauma recovery.

You will quickly find that I am an extremely down-to-earth therapist. I offer a place for you to be you and offer you the expertise and knowledge that I have gained during my education and training.
