I believe one of the bravest things you can do is to begin to understand your own story. What if you woke up tomorrow and everything was just how you wanted it to be? My job is to help guide you through the choices, decisions, and other patterns that are stopping you from making changes. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which can help individuals cope with trauma and other stressors. By using this tool in practice I am here to help guide you though trauma recovery.
