I take an eclectic approach to counseling in which I takes the time to get to know my clients and use therapeutic techniques that meet the client’s specific needs and goals to provide holistic support. Some techniques I am familiar with are cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, and dialectical behavior therapy.
