I help my clients to better understand themselves, their life situations and their relationships. It is through this understanding and caring where growth and change can occur. The goal for our work together is for clients to develop their unique strengths, make good choices for themselves and move towards living a more fulfilling life.
I have over 30 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy with clients of all ages. I have completed extensive post-graduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults. I am a psychoanalyst and on the faculty of CPPNJ (Center for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of NJ).
I help my clients access thoughts and feelings underneath the surface to be able to develop new more satisfying ways of living and being in relationships within a supportive and interactive therapeutic relationship.
