I specialize in adults and adolescents/pre-teens who suffer with OCD and anxiety disorders such as panic attacks, sexual anxiety issues, general/social anxiety, agoraphobia, and other phobias. While OCD/anxiety is my primary specialty, it often occurs with other issues such as depression, life changes/transitions, like divorce, pregnancy, work or school, all of which can be difficult to face without help. When we suffer from anxiety based issues, we can often miss or lose the joy that is present in our lives. I am here to help you get your life back from the grips of OCD/anxiety.
I utilize a variety of modalities to assist in meeting your therapeutic goals. These include evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is considered the gold standard for OCD/anxiety treatment, and Solution Focused Therapy. Person-Centered will always be the primary basis of therapy.
I strive to provide a nonjudgmental and supportive environment in order to achieve your goals. I believe everyone needs a safe space to work on their personal growth and overall wellness. If you suffer from any of the issues above, you are not alone and most importantly, you CAN get better.
