About

Hi! I believe every person deserves to live a life they find meaningful. To help my clients live more meaningful lives, I approach treatment alongside them and eclectically draw from various Cognitive Behavior theories along with Intersectional Feminism and Strengths-Based orientations. I strive to help my clients positively adjust their faulty or irrational ways by encouraging effective changes and/or radical acceptance of themselves and living situations. I feel empowering clients to be progressively mindful and actively involved in present life is key to them uncovering paths towards a present and future they find meaningful.
As an Army veteran, I enjoy supporting fellow veterans and their families. And through my years of educational and counseling experiences and being a mother myself, I have developed a special passion for working with perinatal persons, including dads, from all walks of life. I am currently working towards certification in Perinatal Mental Health Counseling.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. For more information about me or to schedule a free consultation or regular session, please email me, or go to my listed website. I am here for you and ready to provide you the support and empowerment you deserve on your chosen path towards attaining your healthiest and most satisfying life.
