Therapy is a journey and lived experience. I deeply value the connection, empowerment, and shifts I get to be apart of in working with people on their therapeutic path. My hope is to empower clients through connection and collaboration and I feel honored to be invited on your journey. In my free time, I practice self-care through my own therapeutic journey, I enjoy playing and watching hockey, I enjoy going on walks and listening to audio books, and spending time with my closest friends and family. My areas of specialties include mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and I have a background in domestic violence and family abuse treatment. I also work with those who have experienced trauma, are struggling with personality disorders, and those who need general guidance and support to return to their own path of happiness and wellness.
