I'm passionate about helping individuals and families understand their attachment patterns and build healthier relationships. My work centers on cultivating reflective capacity—the ability to understand internal experiences—using attachment-based modalities. I offer specialized support in early childhood mental health, providing dyadic (parent-child) therapy, individual therapy for young children (ages 0-7) using play-based methods, as well as individual therapy for adults from all stages of life wanting to explore their own attachment styles and relationships.

My approach helps you gain deeper insight into your attachment patterns, leading to more secure and satisfying relationships. With caregivers and family systems, I often use elements of Circle of Security Parenting, EFT, and CBT. I am also trained in DC: 0-5, which allows me to diagnose children ages 0-5 with mental health and developmental disorders.
