We all have an inherent ability to heal and grow, and therapy can be a powerful tool in that process. Whether you are struggling to manage recent life changes or heal from past traumas, I will work with you to better understand your internal experience and navigate challenges. I use warmth and authenticity to create an affirming and nonjudgmental space to unpack all the messy, painful, beautiful, and absurd aspects of life. I view myself as a collaborative thought partner, helping people explore new perspectives and possibilities, challenge oppressive narratives and systems, and use their strengths to live more intentionally.
Using a holistic and integrative approach, I strive to walk alongside individuals with curiosity, empathy, cultural humility, and humor. I enjoy helping people explore how they have adapted in past environments and relationships to determine which adaptations are still useful and which would be helpful to change.
I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum depression/anxiety, infertility, and acute and complex trauma. It's an honor working with teenagers dealing with depression, anxiety, peer or family relational challenges, etc. I also facilitate support groups, helping folks find greater validation and connection.

Trauma Resiliency Skills Group (Virtual)
Trauma can have a lasting impact on our sense of self, and leave us feeling stuck in the past, disconnected from who we want to be. We will focus on developing techniques for emotion and nervous system regulation - empowering you to stay in the present and move towards the life you want. This group will help you to manage painful emotions, uncover how your past experiences are impacting you presently, and develop self trust. Through psycho-education, skills building, and supportive processing, you will leave this group with a greater capacity for self-soothing and creating safety in your body.
