I have experience working with depression, anxiety, life transitions, intrusive thoughts, relationship challenges, and ADHD across teens, young adults, adults, and couples.

My approach combines cognitive and strengths-based therapies with creative experiential and somatic interventions from theater and yoga. My couple's work is heavily influenced by The Gottman Method, of which I am Level 1 certified.
