Hi there! Licensed in Nebraska, Iowa & Wisconsin, I have specialized training in treating OCD, anxiety disorders, as well as skin-picking and hair-pulling disorders (BFRBs) using evidence-based approaches. I completed advanced training through the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute, with a focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In addition to clinical training, I bring personal insight from my own lived experience with OCD. This perspective informs my work and fuels my passion for helping others challenge OCD with compassion, clarity, and strong therapeutic boundaries.
My work integrates ERP with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I place strong emphasis on helping clients build skills to tolerate uncertainty, reduce compulsive behaviors, and reconnect with values-driven living. I aim to provide a supportive, collaborative space while also offering the structure and challenge that effective OCD treatment requires.
