Specializing in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, I aim to provide treatment that works. Incorporating EMDR and utilizing CBT, we can take a look at our core beliefs, and how those can impact our behaviors, while adjusting the practice to each individual person’s needs.
