I offer trauma-formed care for PTSD, anxiety, and depression using integrative, evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Sessions may also incorporate animal-assisted therapy, providing a unique & grounding experience that fosters connection, emotional safety & healing.
My approach is intentional, highly personalized, and deeply attuned. To ensure the highest level of care and presence, I maintain a limited caseload and work with a select number of clients at a time. This allows for a more individualized, private, and elevated therapeutic experience.
