I am a person-centered, humanistic therapist at heart. My approach is integrative. I tailor treatment to the client, drawing from various evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
