I meet with clients within a light-filled cottage with sweeping windows nestled on thirty acres of wooded land in rural Beech Bluff, Tennessee. The land was initially stewarded by the Chickasaw People, whose connection to this land continues to be honored. This peaceful environment offers privacy and the evidence-based therapeutic benefits of nature, supporting nervous system regulation and deep inner work. I help adults who want more than just symptom relief—they’re seeking transformation. I honor all faiths, spiritual paths, and belief systems. Sessions are calm, nurturing, and skill-oriented.
My approach is grounded in person-centered care and built on Somatic Therapy, EFT tapping, Internal Family Systems, and Nature Therapy. These modalities are thoughtfully woven together to treat trauma, dissociation, depression, anxiety, and the debris that is holding you back from experiencing loving, healthy relationships.
