I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and have expertise with EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other somatic and body-based modalities. Through these approaches, it is possible to experience relief and lasting change in symptoms resulting from depression, anxiety, large and small-scale traumatic experiences, complex PTSD, grief, addictive patterns, and codependency.
