I use EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, parts work, and body-based mindfulness practices to help clients learn more about how trauma is stored in our bodies and affects our day-to-day lives. I work with adults, teens, and children.
I have experience working with C-PTSD, grief, addiction, codependency, grief, depression, nervous system regulation, terminal illness, LGBTQ+ issues, and building secure attachment. I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Somatic Psychology .
As a therapist, I work relationally and am client-centered. I believe the strength of the relationship we form together can create a ripple effect of healing in your relationships outside of the therapy room. I will walk with you as you remember your authentic self and reclaim your power over the present.
