Hi, I'm Page! I'm passionate about helping others to cultivate emotional well-being and personal empowerment. I tend to work with people who are navigating issues related to life transitions, anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, and low self-esteem. I offer a therapeutic space that balances integrating insight with actionable tools. Together, we'll uncover paths towards gaining confidence, authenticity, and intentionality, enabling you to live a more joyful and fulfilling life. My approach is warm, creative, engaging, and integrative. My work is rooted in psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed perspectives. I offer a holistic and evidence-based approach to treatment and tend to use Cognitive Behavioral, ACT, EMDR, parts work, and Creative Arts Therapy, and emphasizes self-care, boundaries, and emotional awareness.
