Hello, I've been a therapist over 25 years and still love it! I'm licensed and certified in various methods, so therapy can be tailored to your needs. I use evidence and insight based modalities, allowing for a shift at the level of the mind as well as the body. I don't just work to resolve symptoms or address stressors, I treat the whole person. With a knack for deep insight and boiling things down, clients better understand what's going on and access motivation to take targeted action.
