I am a Gottman trained therapist, which has particular benefit for couples. I'm available for individual or couple sessions, and I work with clients over age 17.
I have over 20 years of experience with the LGBTQ+ population, mood disorders, trauma, infidelity, addiction recovery, family conflict, infertility, life transitions, mindfulness, and spirituality issues, and I utilize a systemic therapy approach. I work with individuals age 18 and over as well as couples.
I consider the therapist-client relationship a sacred experience and provide a warm, compassionate approach to help clients feel safe, comfortable, and seen. I am not the expert in your life—you are. My job is to help you come to your own conclusions and find the best answers that will benefit you.
