As a therapist with over 25 years of experience in counseling, I offer warmth, understanding and the ability to sit with you as we explore your life experience in support of your goals. I know how stress and trauma can disconnect us from life, relationships and meaning. There may be past hurts, trauma and disappointments that have stolen your vitality or sent parts of you into the shadows. All parts of you are welcome here. I frequently support clients working through depression, panic, trauma, addiction, grief and loss. I work with adults and couples as they navigate life transitions - jobs, relationships, wellness.
My trainings in Mindfulness, IFS, CBT, Jungian Depth psychology and other holistic integrative modalities inform my practice. In my sessions, I frequently focus on body and breath awareness helping clients learn to attend and attune to their nervous system through present centered healing practices.
My intention is to provide a safe and accepting space to facilitate healing in mind, body and spirit – A place where you are truly heard and seen.
