As an Indo-Caribbean-American therapist, I work with first- and second-gen South Asian and Indo-Caribbean adults navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to always be “strong.” Many were raised in cultures where emotions were dismissed, and vulnerability was shamed. Whether it’s the death of a loved one or the quiet loss of identity, safety, or dreams—you deserve space to unpack it all and finally breathe.

I blend CBT, somatic practices, and EMDR with a strengths-based, culturally grounded lens. I help clients unlearn shame, name their emotions, and move through grief in all its forms.
