I prioritize creating an atmosphere of safety, intelligent conversation, warmth and humor. I work with you to identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors that have become problematic or painful, and collaborate with you to make change.
Sometimes we come to therapy because there is a specific situation that we need immediate and/or brief assistance with. Sometimes we need an objective voice of reason. Sometimes we come to therapy because there have been challenges that have gotten in the way of getting what we want out of our lives.
