I specialize in treating symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, stress management, grief and loss, relationship issues, and substance abuse in adolescents, and adults. I work with a wide range of mental and emotional issues. I believe in the mind-body connection, and employ a strength-based, client-centered approach to help clients move toward optimal wellness and functioning. My therapeutic approach embodies a holistic approach, examining the whole person, not just their mental health needs.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at The Menninger Clinic and under the supervision of Angela Koreth, MS, LPC-S. I strive to help others live a happy, healthy, successful life and cope when it can get difficult. I have the most experience with teenagers, but I love working with young adults and families. My previous experiences include the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse, and Crisis Intervention of Houston. Currently, I volunteer as a support group facilitator at Bo's Place.
