I specialize in men's health and trauma-related disorders. Hi, I am a licensed psychologist based in Minnesota with the privilege of practicing in various states across the U.S. through the PSYPACT mobility. My passion lies in understanding how trauma shapes our lives and using evidence-based techniques to help individuals heal and thrive. With a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I offer a specialized focus on how trauma impacts our mental and emotional well-being. Through CBT, I work collaboratively with clients to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that stem from past experiences.

My partner Kristin Lindgren and I started New Path Counseling LLC to provide clinical social work services and educational assistance. I provide the clinical social work services focusing on work with adults, young adults, teens and others. I provide services based on a trauma informed approach and focus on adjustment disorder, depression, shame and guilt along with life transitions. I have had great success supporting individuals and couples challenged by addiction, anger, feeling disconnected, co-dependency issues, post-trauma distress and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as struggling with history of childhood abuse (mental, emotional, & physical), family/parent(s) Alcoholic/Substances/Addictions and/or family secrets.
