I offer therapy for teens, young adults, and adults dealing with: depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues. I offer life coaching for those who are wanting to reach or accomplish a specific goal, to increase their aliveness and wellbeing and/or connect with their sense of spirituality.
My therapy and life coaching services rest on the notion that we are already whole, wise and compassionate. My purpose is to help you reconnect with this innate sense of wellbeing. By reconnecting, you will begin to trust your natural capacity to heal, thrive, and lead a life worth living.
