The foundation of my training and philosophy is interpersonal and includes Gestalt theory/practice, sensorimotor psychotherapy, mindfulness stress reduction, evolutionary spirituality, and recent advances in neurobiology as it applies to development, trauma resolution, relationships, and transitions across the life span.
