Hi there, I’m Pachee! I'm a first-generation Hmong American woman, hoping to empower and uplift individuals from marginalized groups. My goal in therapy is to empower you as you navigate your challenges through fostering a sense of resilience and self-worth. I have a passion for supporting parents as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and all the adjustments that occur afterwards. Being a parent comes with many emotions, and it can be hard to find who you are afterwards. My hope is to walk alongside you as you navigate this journey in life.

I have a special interest in working with teens, adults, and our perinatal population. My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
