As a Level 3 DBT provider, I treat teens/adults with Borderline Personality Disorder and individuals struggling to regulate intense emotions; self-harm; intense relationships; suicidality; depressed mood; and negative thinking. As a certified trauma therapist I also support teens/adults overcome trauma symptoms through trauma-based processing including trauma narrations.
