I specialize in trauma counseling, addiction counseling, and grief/loss counseling. In my practice, I use a humanistic approach to build a therapeutic relationship, that is integrated with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
