Pleasure is your birthright....but no one ever taught you that.
You’re allowed to want more. To feel turned on. To stop performing. Not only are you allowed to live fully in your desire, but you can flourish in it. I WANT that for you. It’s time to live your life In Full Bloom.
You want connection, but keep finding chaos, confusion, or crumbs. You’ve performed, pleased, or chased love at the cost of yourself. It's time to come back to YOU.
Therapy with me is for the parts of you that were never meant to stay quiet. Together, we’ll unlearn what never fit, ask brave questions, and reclaim your voice, boundaries, and desire.

Does life often seem like one difficult situation after another? Are your relationships falling apart or becoming way too difficult to manage? Are you struggling with hurt, disappointment, anxiety or fear? Do grief and loss feel like weights on your back that are way too heavy to carry? Does it often feel like it takes more energy and strength than you can muster just to keep your head above your circumstances? Do wish more than anything that someone would listen and really understand what you are going through? If you are struggling, there is help available. You do not have to navigate these difficult situations alone.

I believe that everyone is doing their best at any given time and are motivated to be the best version of themselves possible, although that does not mean that we always know how to get there. Having a therapeutic relationship with a trusted therapist can provide a safe place to process difficult emotions, help identify patterns of thinking and behavior that no longer serve us, or outline goals for the future and develop a plan of action.

Coming to therapy doesn't mean something is wrong with you, or you failed because you couldn't "fix it" yourself. Like many people I see, you might consider yourself aggressively capable. As a result, you may find it hard to trust and rely on others. When you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders and are reluctant to ask for help, it is likely to lead to overwhelm. Here's what's true: your well-being MATTERS and affects the quality of your life and relationships. We'll work to identify what's in the way of living a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

My ideal client is someone navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, or a challenging life transition—whether they’re a senior in assisted living or a professional feeling overwhelmed by work and caregiving. Many of the people I work with feel unseen in traditional settings and are looking for support that feels personal, calming, and truly attuned to their needs.
They benefit from structured emotional support, practical coping tools, and a warm, reliable clinician who offers mindfulness, grounding, and stress-reduction strategies. They also appreciate privacy, convenience, and the comfort of concierge-style services.

Do you struggle with feeling like you're not enough? Do you endlessly replay situations? Have you and your partner drifted apart, living parallel lives? I work with children, adolescents, adults, & couples on various issues like low self-esteem, trauma, codependency, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, & OCD. Though challenges vary, the underlying need is the same: to move through what's hindering self-trust, heal underlying wounds, reconnect with themselves, and find their voice. My clients generally want a guide to support them in understanding their experiences, uncovering their core values & boundaries, and creating a meaningful life.

I work alongside my clients to help them feel seen and heard, achieve their goals, and live their best possible lives. It is very important to me that I provide a place that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive, which is the foundation of therapy and helps facilitate change. The goals that people work on in therapy can involve anything that is important to them- learning healthier ways to express anger, finding new ways to cope with the effects of past traumas, stabilizing mood episodes (e.g., mania, depression), maintaining and establishing sobriety, improving their relationship with themself and others, and more.

I work best with people who see themselves as high-functioning or goal-oriented, but are struggling to get tasks started or wrap projects up. I enjoy conversations that are educational but fun, since I believe therapy should be a safe space to learn and ask awkward questions. I have many clients who would call themselves perfectionists and over-function out of necessity. I like helping people realize their full potential and to learn how to advocate for themselves with their loved ones or at work. If you've got goals, let's get them accomplished. If you don't know where to start, let's come up with some small ideas together!

Complex trauma can be an unwanted life companion. Living through repeated exposure to traumatic experiences can leave you also feeling unable to trust yourself or others, feeling chronically unsafe, and seeing yourself differently. Alongside those wounds, complicated grief can also be woven into the mix of post-traumatic pain. Complicated grief is much more than “just” a loss - it is sadness, anger, and guilt that cannot always be easily defined. As a licensed professional counselor with a special interest in trauma treatment, I do understand the profound impact these experiences can have on an individual's emotional well being.

People come to therapy with complicated feelings. For some, it's a welcome opportunity to share thoughts and feelings that might not feel okay to share elsewhere. Others might view therapy as a humiliating defeat, a sign that they have failed to "solve the problem" alone. I have worked with people at both ends of this spectrum and those in between. In spite of the range of attitudes that mark one's entrance into therapy, my experience tells me that those who give therapy a genuine chance to help them will be helped. This is true even for the most reluctant of beginners.

Deciding to seek therapy can be a wonderful yet intimidating decision. Many of my clients seek therapy to improve their coping skills in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health and life struggles. They may be struggling with parenting a tween or teen or working effectively with their co-parent. Some are looking for support in making behavior changes to improve their physical and mental health. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space to work through whatever your struggles may be.

Psychotherapy is my dream job. I typically see individuals struggling with relational issues whether it be family or significant other and mood disorders (depression/anxiety). I listen and try to understand what a person needs in therapy; problem-solving, support, insight into life situations, difficult work situations, or personal growth and understanding. I work closely with the Gay/Lesbian population and do couples counseling.

FAQ - Therapist Gender
Does it matter what gender my therapist is?
In general, there is no relationship between a therapist’s gender and their efficacy. Some clients, however, prefer to see therapists of a particular gender, whether due to their own past experiences with men and women, or because they feel more comfortable with a therapist of their own gender due to shared life experiences or perspectives. Considering what one wants to address in therapy can help someone determine whether their therapist’s gender may matter or improve their therapeutic experience. The most important consideration is that a client is able to build a trusting relationship with their therapist.
Should I see a female therapist?
Many people—not just women—prefer to see a female therapist. For women, this could be because they believe that they will be able to better connect with a woman, and that a female therapist will be able to relate to their specific challenges and personal issues. It may be particularly beneficial for women to see a female therapist, for example, for gender-specific issues, such as sexism in the workplace, relationship issues, and gender roles. The most important factor in therapy is the client-therapist connection, and a therapist's gender as well as many other factors may play an important role in this.
Do therapists get specific training to help with women’s concerns?
Therapists are trained to provide care to clients of any gender. However, some therapists may pursue additional training in feminist therapy, gender-specific issues, or women’s mental health. Female clients may wish to ask prospective therapists whether they have received specific training in the client’s primary area(s) of concern, or whether they have worked extensively with women on issues similar to their own.
How can I inquire about a therapist’s experience in treating women?
It’s OK—even encouraged!—to ask a therapist directly whether and how often they have treated women in the past, or whether they have treated women dealing with the client’s most prominent concern(s). Competent therapists will be happy to share their educational background, preferred treatment modalities, and prior client experience to help an individual find the therapist best suited to their needs.
