I’d be honored to support you as you navigate this season of life. In our work together, I focus on helping individuals manage their symptoms while fostering meaningful personal growth. We’ll collaborate to set clear goals and develop strategies to stay accountable between sessions, using tools like reflective prompts or supportive resources tailored to your needs. Many of the individuals I work with have experienced challenges such as childhood trauma, chronic stress, low self-esteem, feeling “stuck,” navigating life transitions, or navigating communication and boundaries within their relationships —just to name a few.

Hello! I'm Chris and I have an extensive background serving populations in various treatment settings including partial hospitalizations and intensive outpatient programs. I completed my undergraduate degree from Temple University and my graduate work at Villanova University. I have experience utilizing a variety of modalities but I primarily offer the benefits of EMDR to adults. I also work with individuals by offering traditional talk therapy that centers on how our attachment injuries inform our subsequent adult relationships. I recently completed the requirements to be a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP).

Hello. I see adults aged 20 and older. I approach symptoms not as nuisances to be managed or simply eliminated, but rather as signposts to be read. They point to the deeper, meaningful issues that will invite thoughtful reflection both in and outside the consulting room. We'll explore the patterns and themes that announce themselves in our work, approaching all that we see w/ the respectful curiosity that sets the conditions for growth. I am experienced working with adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, and the universal issue of learning to live in the face of loss.

Are you queer, trans/GNC, or neurospicy? Maybe you're struggling with identity, chronic health issues, self-esteem, or trying to break cycles of generational trauma. You want therapy that feels real - where you can swear, laugh, talk about the uncomfortable, and exist without judgment. To challenge the systems causing you harm, reconnect with yourself, and maybe even feel a little hopeful again. It can feel comforting knowing your therapist has walked a similar path, that your own identities are reflected in them, and that they can see the truth of your experiences because they've been through it, too. Let me walk with you.

You get the oil changed in your car regularly so your car doesn't break down, right? Well, therapy is just like getting the oil changed in your brain. You may view therapy as a break from the hustle of your busy life, a workshop for your past, or a place to get the support you've been seeking. Guess what? They're all correct. Any reason you have for being on this page right now is the right reason to start or continue your healing.
