Do you feel disconnected from your partner? Does it feel like you are often walking on egg shells when he/she is around? Are things starting to feel hopeless? My primary specialty is couple's therapy. I am committed to working with couples and helping them rediscover a safe and secure bond. This is a goal worth striving for: research has shown that secure connections with our romantic partners help us feel happier and more optimistic, reduces depression, and increases the quality of our lives.
The primary approach I use for couples is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Research has shown that 70% of couples that go through the EFT process come out of therapy with a safer, more and lasting connection. EFT works for all couples, regardless of race, nationality or sexual orientation.
