I have had a successful private practice since 1990. Prior to that I worked in just about every setting imaginable: group practice, psychiatric practice, community mental health, community hospital, partial hospital, VA hospital, and state hospital. Hello! My name is Ann Marie Hefferan and I'm the owner and therapist at In The Now Counseling.
