Eating disorders are complex and frequently co-occur with trauma, OCD, anxiety, and mood disorders, requiring a nuanced, relationship-centered approach. I have devoted my practice to supporting these clients.

My primary focus is anxiety, depression, self esteem, phobias, fears, eating disorders, OCD symptoms, agoraphobia, Body Focused Repetitive Behavior and finding meaning to life and answer questions like, why am I here?
Hello, my name is Elizabeth DeLullo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 14 years experience working with people from age 3 to 89. One of the best things about coming to therapy is the amount of courage it took for you to get here. You know what you want out of life and you know when you are not getting it. There is nothing I dislike more than to see human suffering. I have gone through my own and was determined to not let it ruin my life. Sometimes all it takes if for you to feel heard, understood, and feel validated. I'm a strong believer in Exposure Response Prevention Therapy.

Do you find yourself missing out on your daily life due to intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and constant “What if’s?” Maybe you feel exhausted, at a loss, and overwhelmed from battling the intensity of what is inside your head, all while trying to keep up with the world around you. We live in a time when many people feel hopeless with what to do and who to trust. Not addressing what holds your mind captive can prevent you from experiencing the freedom and clarity you deserve. I believe there is hope for anyone seeking to improve the quality of their life.

I work with clients that may be athletes/performers currently or have been in the past that struggle with OCD, anxiety and disordered eating-related disorders.
Anxiety can take over your life. My clients often feel stressed, overwhelmed, frustrated, and worried about performance. Sometimes they give up because anxiety becomes unmanageable. Other times, they struggle to set goals due to fear of failure or rejection. They may feel angry or ashamed of how they look or appear to others. These feelings are often avoided through unhealthy coping. Many seem successful behind a mask of perfectionism, but when high-stakes moments come, fear of failure can sabotage progress.

Let’s be honest, life is weird, hard, and sometimes unfair. If you want a therapist who won’t pretend otherwise and will help you build real tools to cope, I’m here.
My name is Caitlyn, and I’m here to hold a space where you can safely unpack the weight you’ve been carrying. Healing isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about honoring your story, processing grief and trauma at your own pace, and empowering you to reconnect with yourself.

Maybe you’re consumed with anxious thoughts, the “what if” kind that never seem to leave your side. Maybe you’re stuck in a never-ending loop of overthinking, feeling like your brain just won’t shut off. Maybe you’re constantly trying to figure out why you just had that really uncomfortable thought again (yes, that one !)

I work with children and teens struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, school stress, social worries, and big life transitions.
Your child's lying awake again, thinking about tomorrow. The test. The question they might get wrong in front of everyone. Whether their friends are actually their friends. They used to love their activities, but lately the thought of messing up keeps them from wanting to go. They're quieter now. More careful. The worry follows them from school to practice to home, and it's exhausting. You can see it too: something's weighing on them, even when they can't find the words. They're a good kid with a big heart. They just need some help carrying what feels so heavy.

Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Therapists
How long does OCD treatment take?
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often treated on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule, depending on symptom severity and the client’s preferences. Some clients may start to see a noticeable improvement in symptoms in as little as six weeks, but it’s also possible, especially in more severe cases, for treatment to take several months to a year before significant progress is made.
What happens if OCD is not treated?
Some people with OCD, especially those with mild symptoms, may find that they are able to adapt reasonably well to life with the condition, even if their symptoms never resolve completely. However, many people, particularly those whose symptoms are severe at the outset, find that their obsessions and compulsions grow more intrusive with time, making it harder to maintain relationships, hold down a job, or navigate the world successfully.
Are there medications for OCD?
Medication can be used to treat OCD. The class of drugs most often prescribed are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, which include fluvoxamine (under the brand name Luvox), fluoxetine (Prozac), and sertraline (Zoloft), among others. In cases of treatment-resistant OCD, other classes of medication, such as tricyclic antidepressants or atypical antipsychotics, may be prescribed. Medication is frequently used in conjunction with therapy.
Can OCD come back after treatment?
Yes. Major life transitions, periods of stress, or other factors can cause symptoms to return or, if they were never fully eradicated, to ramp back up in intensity. For some, these relapses are brief and do not require additional treatment; identifying specific triggers and practicing the skills learned in therapy can help speed their course. For others, returning to therapy for a brief period can help address the underlying stress and strengthen coping mechanisms.
