I am a queer-identifying therapist and have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders,
substance use
, and LGBTQ+ related issues.
I feel that every client, along with their family or loved ones, processes and copes with adversity, trauma, and mental health issues differently. It is important that I build a strong, therapeutic rapport with my clients in order to create a more comfortable environment for openness and honesty. Through building a therapeutic relationship based on mutual empathy and rapport, healing and working through difficult issues can happen. My primary goal is to create a safe, inclusive space for my clients to feel freedom to express themselves without a fear of judgment.
