I have a specialty in Play Therapy and I am only one of a few Registered Play Therapists in Bucks County. I hold an MSW degree, and have a graduate certificate from Temple University in Play Therapy.Play Therapy can help with behavioral issues, abuse, social skills, school issues, phobias, abandonment, grief, trauma, divorce, crisis, self injurious behaviors, low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, depression and grief just to mention a few areas.

Families today can be complicated and solutions that are to be meaningful will often need to involve everyone that is part of the family to be working towards common goals. Our clinical practice guidelines are based on current research findings along with recommendations by panels composed of experts in the field. Accepting New Clients. It is crucial to meet individuals where they are and help guide them to find what they need or are looking for in life. I work with adults and children 10 and older to help cope with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PANDAS, Autism, trauma, relationships, stress, life transitions, and parenting issues. The ultimate goal is to feel happy and fulfilled. I can also help with special education needs and school concerns, including attending school meetings. In addition, I am bilingual and work with Spanish speaking clients.

These are signs that our self-compassion has been weakened through either struggles we faced in the past, trauma, or habits we formed over time. I have a deep understanding of how to activate self-compassion and develop a more loving relationship with our everyday life. I use the tools of meditation, mindfulness, art practice, transpersonal therapy, and connection forming self-work to guide this process. My approach is grounded in connection forming through heightening our awareness of how we give and receive in our life.
