I especially enjoy working with members of marginalized cultural groups, neurodivergent adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, victims of religious trauma and individuals who just feel like they don't fit in. Life can be challenging, confusing and difficult. You do not have to navigate it alone.

For some people, therapy is a scary word. There’s been a lot of stigma around it for a long time. But for others it is relief. It takes courage to begin therapy, whether it’s your first time or you’re returning after several years. Life transitions and events can sometimes lead to overwhelming feelings of stress and you need someone to help you navigate through these difficult times. I want my clients to find relief from what they are experiencing and give them an outlet to express themselves. Therapy is self-care, and I want clients to view it as such instead of something they “have to do”.

We believe in early intervention and supporting young people through their feelings, thoughts, transitions, and adversities as early as possible in order to reduce the onset of more serious psychopathology in later years. We also believe in compassionately supporting the family system and educating parents on childhood development, parenting strategies, healthier ways to manage their own emotions, breaking generational trauma, and learn healthier communication and connection.
