Therapy includes: Family, Anger Management, and Interventions. We can also provide help with interventions, links to other resources in the recovery community, DUI assessments, and forensic assessments.

Chances are, I already think you're awesome! I want to work with you to believe that for yourself as well. I personally identify as queer and have become mainly an LGBTQIA+ therapist. I'm passionate about gender fluidity and contributing to a strong future generation by challenging societal norms. I mainly work with folks concerned with anxiety, childhood trauma/abuse, interpersonal violence (IPV) and sexual assault, intergenerational trauma, and self-esteem. As a new parent, I am also interested in working with folks who are parents as well!

Now offering in-person appointments in Pittsburgh
Let's invent together a way beyond your suffering or problematic repetitions. I use creative language play to release unconscious tensions manifesting as symptoms. In psychoanalysis you can elevate your agency by recognizing your own unfolding processes without the pressure to change. My attention will be focused on the linguistic and homophonous patterns of your unconscious as manifested in your speech, with the aim of distilling the suffering from your words and possibly producing a creative practice in its stead. To that end I will invite you to speak.

I offer in person or via telehealth!
Yay! You're here! I'm a therapist and a human- I do my best to show up as both. You’ll find me wearing my fav band tees while drinking coffee out of reused pasta jars. I'm here for the intellectualizers, the over thinkers, the recovering people pleasers. Maybe your family has always been weird or different, maybe you're in a role that doesn’t quite fit anymore, or maybe something just feels off and you're not sure what it is. Our work together is grounded in the concept of meeting ourselves in the space in between. Between contemplation & change, pain & healing, growth & connection, so much more!

I offer therapy sessions virtually and in person.
Therapy for the ones who are survivors, protectors, yet feel broken inside. You’ve tried to hold it all together, but something’s cracking—and maybe that’s good. You’re looking for healing that’s real, that resonates. You want someone who gets it—who sees and understands your pain. Someone who can guide you through to the other side, into the light.

Many people experience points in their lives where they feel stuck, challenged, inadequate, and/or like they are unsure how they can continue on with living. One thing that people have in common is that we desire to be able to live our best lives and up to our fullest potential. When conditions and circumstances in life make this difficult, such as: depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, LGBTQ+ challenges, and trauma, it can feel like there is no clear path to living up to our fullest potential.

I am offering telehealth via secure HIPAA-compliant technology or in-person visits.
I’ve dedicated my professional life to helping humans experiencing trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in helping folks heal from intergenerational and attachment wounding—particularly from narcissistic abuse and gaslighting, in which I have specialized training and which I approach with a combination of EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems (“parts work”), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have a deep and abiding interest in healthy human sexuality and in helping people to live with more ease inside their bodies.

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you — your background, current concerns, strengths, and what brought you to therapy. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a space that feels relaxed, collaborative, and safe from the very beginning. Together, we will discuss your goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from the process.

I am accepting new clients, and have availability for bi-weekly sessions on Saturday mornings, both virtually and in-person.
Everyone experiences trauma, but for some, those experiences can feel too big to handle alone. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have 10 years of experience working with individuals whose lives have been impacted by experiencing something beyond their control, such as foster care, parental substance abuse or mental health, and overall life transitions. I have also worked with many parents, especially those with little ones looking for some guidance and support. I use elements of CBT, DBT, talk therapy, through a trauma-focused lens.
