Seeking help requires a vulnerability that can be uncomfortable and scary at times. I want to commend you for making that choice for yourself. I am originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and was an international student in the US. The experiences faced by immigrants and international students can be challenging and lonely which I have a deep understanding of.
