I am bilingual and offer services in Polish and English.
At some point in our life we all experience a traumatic event. For some, these traumatic events (such as sexual abuse, a break-up, domestic violence, death of a loved one) are manageable and symptoms typically subside without disrupting any other areas of life. However, for others, such traumatic events take control over some or all areas of their life and lead to negative long-term consequences. As painful as the trauma is, you can still heal and grow after a traumatic event.

I work best with clients who are seeking deep transformation. In my experience, true healing begins when we tend to our core wounds and gently clear the blocks that prevent us from living in alignment with our deeper truth and inner integrity. My approach is rooted in the belief that to fully return to ourselves, we must release the imprints of trauma—personal, ancestral, and collective—as well as the layers of social conditioning that disconnect us from who we are. I pay close attention to the relational field, and the ways relational trauma and disconnection shape our sense of self.

I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience in providing individual and couples psychotherapy. I focus on relationships, first and foremost, on the one you have with yourself. The work I do in my practice is about restoring the flow of love in relationships where it got stuck due to childhood wounds, individual or collective trauma. When seen or unseen family stories we follow in our lives are brought to the day light and reprocessed together, a new life energy and a new story can start unfolding. I tend to track emotion, body, history and what happens in here and now of each session closely as we work.

Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to live without constant worry, racing thoughts, or the pressure to always have it together? Maybe you feel exhausted, sad, or emotionally drained by the nonstop demands of family, work, relationships, or just daily life—always taking care of everyone else but rarely yourself. Sometimes you catch yourself thinking that life was supposed to feel easier, more balanced, or real. Maybe even happier—like you could finally feel like yourself again. You try to make changes, and you understand that life can feel chaotic, but you still wonder why living a more peaceful life feels so hard.

We all go through tough times in our lives and relationships. Sometimes we just need some help with understanding what is going on. Anxiety, trauma, addiction, ADHD and depression can be debilitating and difficult to process. We might be struggling in our relationships. I am here for you! I focus on the mind-body connection, and learning how to manage emotional responses to life and its stressors. Promoting growth, self-development and improving relationships and communication skills, are also fundamental in the healing process. I am fully trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Gottman Method Level 3 for couples.

I view therapy as an opportunity that clients create for self-exploration, healing, growth, and relationship enhancement. I strongly believe that at the heart of every successful therapeutic outcome is a trusting and supportive client-therapist relationship, and it is in that context that my clients are able to explore historical and developmental issues, and their overall sense of self.
