As a cognitive therapist, I help clients see the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and use this inner awareness to improve their day to day lives. I work with adolescents and adults in individual, family and couples therapy to overcome emotional and relational challenges that may be keeping them from achieving their goals and living happy, fulfilled lives. I have expertise in working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, parenting issues, prenatal and post-natal challenges, family stressors, illness and losses of all kinds.
