Asking for help is fucking hard. But let's be real, what you're doing now isn't necessarily easy either... Thinking you did something wrong the second someone doesn’t answer right away. Replaying conversations wondering if you sounded weird. Creating fake emergencies to bail out on plans. And pretending you’re "fine" isn't working anymore. You deserve a place to put all of this down for a minute. And asking for help might be the start of real change.

If you are struggling, I serve as an open ear, someone to walk alongside you as we accomplish goals reflective of you living your best life! You deserve to have a life free of stress, in addition to a safe space where we can focus on increasing self love and self esteem, addressing our inner child, processing unresolved trauma, digging into addictions, and more. You are always attuned to others’ emotions, feeling like you’re always accommodating others, but struggle to assert yourself and your needs. You work in a profession that you’ve been drawn to because of your caring nature, but maybe there is a shadow side to that. Whether this strength was forged in stressful youth experiences or you’re just depleted from being the “helper,” teacher, parent, nurse, or “reliable one.” These feelings can lead us to feel lonely, misunderstood, and tense. These feelings are valid and there are healthy, effective, and meaningful ways to cope with them. This is what therapy is for.

Do you ever feel a deep longing to live differently—to experience more fulfillment and connection—yet find yourself caught in the same painful patterns? Do you sometimes feel like you’re living in a body that has been shaped by trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, or chronic illness? In therapy, you will learn to experience strong emotions without losing your sense of self—and to allow space for others to do the same. You’ll develop the ability to respond thoughtfully rather than react in ways that fuel defensiveness, blame, isolation, or ongoing conflict.

If you’re navigating identity questions or a major life transition, you’re in the right place. I work with adults who feel unsure of who they are within their families, relationships, or communities—people who’ve outgrown old roles or feel disconnected from themselves. I support clients exploring adoption-related identity, early motherhood, career shifts, family-of-origin patterns, and recovery from substance use. Many of my clients describe feeling ‘in between’ versions of themselves and wanting clarity, meaning, and a stronger understanding of who they are becoming.

You wake up each day exhausted, dreading what waits ahead. You’re hungry, sad, anxious, mad–maybe all of those at once. You hide the truest version of yourself in exchange for human connection & struggle to say “no,” even when you want to, because the cost of disappointing others is greater than the cost of disappointing yourself. The world feels overwhelming–too fast, noisy, bright, unpredictable. Your brain says: If you were stronger, tried harder, were less sensitive–the list goes on and on–then life would be different, better, easier.

Being an immigrant, I have been touched by people's stories of pain, love, joy, and suffering. I believe that through sharing our individual stories and allowing me in your space, to see YOU for who YOU are has a restorative power for growth and healing. So much of our pain happens in relationships to other people, and I believe it can be helpful to work towards healing that in therapy. My approach to therapy is to work through a collaborative, multicultural and attachment lens. I will sit and listen to you, and together we will embark on your journey of exploration so that you are not alone.

As a therapist, I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by the weight of their emotions or the expectations placed on them. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck—caught between who they’ve been and who they want to become. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or a deep sense that something “just isn’t working” anymore. What they want most is clarity, relief, and the confidence to move forward with purpose.
