I work with people that want to understand unhelpful patterns, and who want support navigating distress with more ease. We’ll start by tending to what’s most urgent... building tools for regulation, finding safety in your body, and resourcing you for what’s next. From there, we can gently explore ways to improve communication within yourself and with others.

So often we may find ourselves caught in patterns of busying, avoiding, and distraction only to find ourselves anxious, down, exhausted, and stuck. Individual therapy is carved out time for yourself where you can notice habitual patterns, design new thoughts and attitudes, cultivate self-compassion, create space for healing, and access your own wisdom and strength that resides in you. I use a multifaceted approach that promotes a sense of curiosity and self-awareness. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, and body and mindfulness-based models.

Welcome! Your courage to work towards a better you is commendable. I socially locate as a biracial, bisexual/queer woman and member of the Latine community. With all of my clients, I aim to co-create identity affirming spaces, in which you can feel seen and heard in the ways that feel most important to you. I utilize a trauma-informed lens to help us hold space for what has happened to you, rather than "what is wrong with you." Together, we can collaborate in exploring and understanding the internalized narratives that influence your functioning and well being. We'll meet you where you are, and honor your authentic needs,

Is there some sort of rule book for life you missed? How do other people get through the day? Or know how to be happy? You have/wonder about ADHD or Autism, or maybe other people bring it up, but what does that really mean? I can help you understand what autism or ADHD means for you; how impacts you, and what this might mean in relationships. This might include work on anxiety, sadness, executive functioning, burnout, working on personal goal setting/finding direction, or a diagnostic evaluation. You'll have a safe place to be yourself, gain insight into your life, and concrete tips for moving forward, allowing you to be you.

As someone who has struggled with anxiety and a highly sensitive nervous system, I know how important it is to learn as much about yourself as you can so you can understand what coping mechanisms work for you. I want to help you explore new ways to see your life and help you alleviate and heal your emotional suffering. In a safe space to share your true self, you can begin your journey toward optimal living. There is so much healing that comes from simply being able to speak your truth. Words have power, especially when said out loud.

I define myself as an IFS-informed EMDR therapist. I believe that therapy's main goal is to help us come to terms with our past and move on with our lives. What helped us adapt to our environment before, may be maladaptive now. We may experience stressful situations, and these situations may negatively impact the way we see ourselves, the way that we see others, the way that we see the world, and the way that we see our future. The good news is that with courage, curiosity, and introspection, we can change even the most deep-seated negative beliefs about ourselves and others; we can become aware of, and change the way we react.

Welcome! My goal is to create an authentic and welcoming space for individuals and couples to improve their intimate and sexual lives. My role is to help you (re)discover pleasure, joy, and security in yourself and your relationships. As a therapist trained in intersystemic therapy, my primary focus is to work within client’s “systems” – that is, your past and present intimate relationships, the family and culture you grew up in, and the other parts of life that make you, you. During sessions, we’ll look into where you are now, how you got there, and what you'd like to see for yourself.

Welcome! When life feels messy, out-of-control, even unbearable, it's easy to forget that to be messy is to be human. The mess of functioning under a deeply flawed and oppressive system can feel isolating. Consider leaning into relational healing. If you seek to understand yourself and your relationships to people and systems around you, to grow and heal, and to explore being human, I would love to share this experience with you. I work with individuals, couples, & families struggling with challenges such as individual/generational trauma, sex/intimacy, adoption/fostering, multiracial couples/families, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+.

I provide neuroscience-informed psychotherapy to help rewire the brain from PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression and other chronic mood disorders. I am certified in EMDR (trauma therapy) and have advanced training and experience in addictions. I collaborate with my clients to create a plan that’s uniquely theirs. Clients often come to me feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck—often after trying other therapies or medications—and are seeking treatment to heal at the root.
