As a trauma-informed and radically affirming therapist, I aim to help clients with challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, self-image, relationships, eating disorders, and more. The majority of my clinical experience has been in working with LGBTQ+ clients as well as individuals with substance use challenges. I work from a sex positive, culturally-sensitive, and polyamory-aware lens and welcome discussion of these topics in therapy. Furthermore, as a therapist with foundations in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I incorporate mindfulness in therapy to help clients live a more psychologically flexible life.

I am not currently accepting new clients. Hello, I'm Patrick! I’m a social worker, queer, neurodivergent, and have been sober for 7 years. We're living in scary and uncertain times. My primary goal in therapy is to create a safe place to foster growth and build resilience. If fascism and oppression are a concern for you, I'm on your side. Let's work together to help you take back your power and agency. I want to create an environment that celebrates what makes you you and help to build up the empowerment behind that. You deserve it!

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019, and I have experience supporting young adults and adults with concerns such as addictions, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship/ family issues, and anger management. My ideal client would like to resolve these issues by empowering themselves to learn how to counter negative thoughts, regulate emotions, tolerate moments of distress, communicate effectively, and mindfully stay within the present moment. My ideal client would like to learn these skills in order to manifest their ideal life and be the best version of themselves.
