There is profound healing that comes from being in a confidential, non-judgmental space where you can finally show up as your full self beyond the masking that life, relationships, and the systems around us often demand. This is a space where you’ll be met with genuine curiosity, not assumptions; with purposeful exploration, not pressure.

I’m a therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning, yet find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or patterns in relationships that don’t feel fulfilling. You may understand why you do what you do, but still feel unsure how to change it. In our work together, I focus on helping you connect the dots between your past experiences, current patterns, and the goals you have for your life.

Ideally, for my telehealth practice, I would like to limit it to clients struggling with unusual experiences such as near-death, paranormal/synchronistic encounters, and other things that might be disturbing on some level but are often not discussed in therapy because of fear of being ridiculed, pathologized, and the experience being dismissed. These experiences can generate levels of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, self-sabotaging behaviors affecting relationships, and quality of life - and so can be important things to explore. Other areas of focus would be addictions and compulsive disorders, and military life issues.

Therapy should do more than provide a place to talk—it should help you understand why you think the way you do and give you practical tools to create real change. I work with people struggling with anger, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My approach is direct, goal-oriented, and focused on measurable progress. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, develop effective strategies, and build skills you can use immediately to improve your emotional well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life.

Because I understand that addiction is bigger than drugs and alcohol, I have received training specific to sexual addiction, problem gambling and trauma.
I am an addiction and trauma specialist with 15+ years of experience helping individuals, couples and families travel the road to recovery. I've worked as a sexual abuse case manager, drug and alcohol counselor, trauma group facilitator and military family consultant. I use an integrative approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to assist in the development of new, applicable coping skills, constructive processing and identification of concrete ways of managing after the therapeutic experience has ended. I hope that you'll allow me to help you and those most important to you journey towards wellness.
