I believe that we are all souls having a human experience. In that experience, we often discover parts of ourselves that are in need of deeper healing. I have special techniques I use with clients, such as EMDR & Tapping, that produce extremely FAST results in achieving change. I view intimate relationships as Sacred Contracts. I believe those contracts are full of opportunities for individuals to learn how to heal their personal triggers in order to emotionally & spiritually evolve. I firmly believe that therapy should be a transformational process, helping clients manifest the life & relationship their soul longs to experience!
I've been practicing over 25+ years. Some of my specialties include: Infidelity, Couple Therapy, Sex Therapy, Trauma, EMDR & Tapping, Communication Issues, and Conflict-Resolution. I am also a reiki master and see people holistically, incorporating various energy psychology-based modalities, mindfulness-based techniques and guided visualizations.
I worked in higher academia for many years & published numerous journal articles from my research. I was repeatedly featured as a clinical expert on NBC's, "Today Show," TLC's reality series, "Surviving Motherhood," as a weekly regular on "It's Your Morning," plus interviewed for many other local news segments.
