Sometimes therapy can be an intimidating and frightening venture. It can, however, be an incredibly uplifting and empowering experience. Therapy involves a willingness to change behaviors or thoughts that might be disruptive to the individual. Changing those patterns may be daunting, but many times, people realize that these behaviors are not helpful and new behaviors need to be learned. In my practice, I have seen many people accomplish change and improve their lives.
